You can cancel your order right way, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Write in to us as soon as you can if you need to do this.

After your order has been shipped, we can’t cancel it as easily, but there are some options. Reach out and we’ll get you set up.

We’ll ship to any physical address within the United States and Canada. We also ship to US PO Boxes. Other than Canada, we don’t ship internationally at this moment.

If for some reason you aren’t happy with your Karma Go, you can return it to us within 15 days for a full refund on the hardware.

Service sales are final. We will not provide any refunds for data and service purchased.

Before you return, you’ll want to make sure your Karma Go is in perfect condition and scratch free. The original box isn’t required for a return, but you’ll need to return the charging cable we provided.

A few other things you should note:

  • We’re not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us.
  • We can only issue refunds back to the original payment method you used.
  • Return shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.
  • The full refund gets issued after your package is cleared by us. Returns are processed in the order they are received.

Double check your spam folder to see if it’s in there first. If you still can’t find your order confirmation, let us know. We’ll confirm your order and figure out what went wrong.

Not off to the best start here. It’s possible your package was misplaced or stolen while on the way to you. We’ve seen this happen before.

Ah, we don’t ship internationally at this moment (or to Puerto Rico), but we hope to offer some alternatives that you may be able to try later this year.

What I mentioned above… maybe not internationally but definitely to Canada and have a $20 fee associated with it.
