Privacy & Security
It’s virtually impossible for other users to access your account and data. We have many systems in place to prevent this scenario.
If you do think your account has been abused, or there might be some other issue regarding security, please contact us immediately.
At the moment, you aren’t able to remove any devices from your Karma Go, or block new ones from joining it.
This is possibly a feature we might explore for future Karma.
Nope. We don’t put any restrictions on what services or websites you can use while connected to Karma Go.
What you do is solely up to you.
Absolutely not. We’ll never sell or give away any of your personal information to anyone or any company – unless compelled to do so by law.
We aren’t able to track websites you visit, store your browsing history, or track your location either. Therefore, this information is also never shared with anyone.
You can read about this and more in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
For security reasons, we don’t allow network sharing.
We always isolate each connection on a Karma Go, so that no one can abuse or see your data.
Examples of what you wouldn’t be able to do because of this: shared file access, shared printer access, shared scanner access, etc.
Nope, we don’t.
Our network partner uses the location of your Karma to send you signals. That location is not stored or relayed to us though, so we can’t access it. In all honesty, it’s none of our business either.
How do you know we are telling the truth? Because we’ve agreed to it on paper with you, in our Terms of Service. Your privacy is incredibly important to us.
If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask us.
Absolutely not.
Mobile networks process a lot of raw data about internet usage, but we don’t. Even if we wanted to store your browsing data, we couldn’t anyway, as our network partner doesn’t allow it. In all honesty, it’s none of our business either.

Yes, as long as you make sure the pages you’re visiting are encrypted with SSL, you’re safe.
SSL is a secure, encrypted connection between your computer and the site you’re viewing. Most banks use SSL to prevent third parties from snooping on your information.
To make sure you’re safe on a website, look to your address bar. If the URL of the website starts with “https://” and you can see a little lock sign – either in the address bar or in one of the corners – then the connection is secure, and the data you’re sending back and forth is safe.
Absolutely not. Karma doesn’t store any browsing history, and no private data is shared with anyone, ever.
In all honesty, it’s none of our business either.
